Application
: A fluorescent cofactor reagent for the sequence-specific labeling of DNA methyltransferase from Thermus aquaticus. It binds about 4-fold better than the natural cofactor. In addition, the reagent can be used to sequence-specifically label plasmid DNA reaction.
